Reservations are recommended but not required.
AMBIANCE and AURA are Prestige Club Properties that cater strictly to members of Prestige Club. Only members of Prestige Club are able to rent rooms at Prestige Club Properties. Enrollment in Prestige Club can be processed at the front desk prior to check-in or on-line on our membership page. Members of Prestige Club must pay an annual $20 membership fee, reside within a 40-mile radius of a Prestige Club Destination and agree to abide by the rules and regulations and by-laws of Prestige Club.
Confirmation Numbers
On-line reservation requests are subject to availability. After submitting an on-line reservation request, you will be contacted by a Prestige Club Representative to confirm your reservation and assist you with any special requests. Your on-line reservation request will become a confirmed reservation after a Prestige Club Representative has provided you with a confirmation number.
On-line reservation requests that have not been assigned a confirmation number will not be considered valid reservations.
You will be asked for your confirmation number upon arrival.
Estimated Arrival Time
An estimated time of arrival will be requested when making your reservation. Reservations will be held for one hour past your arrival time. If you will arrive more than one hour past your arrival time, we request that you contact Ambiance or Aura to inquire whether a later arrival time is available.
Reservation requests for arrivals within 24 hours from the time of the reservation request should be made by calling Ambiance at 847.455.4070 or Aura at 708.272.6000
Cancellation Policy
Members are required to cancel reservations a minimum of 12 hours prior to their estimated arrival time. Members that do not cancel their reservation 12 hours or more prior to their estimated arrival time and do not show for their reservation will be charged a $20 no-show fee.
