Prestige Club Membership

  1. How many lifetime membership reward points do members need to earn to achieve Silver status membership?
    25,000 lifetime points

  2. How many lifetime membership reward points do members need to earn to achieve Gold status membership?
    45,000 lifetime points

  3. How many lifetime membership reward points do members need to earn to get to Platinum membership?
    60,000-lifetime points

  4. How long does the purchase of a membership last?
    Membership is good for one year from the date it was paid for.

  5. Can I add my spouse or partner to my membership?
    Unfortunately, not. Membership is personal and cannot be shared.

  6. Can I upgrade my membership?
    Membership can be upgraded by paying the difference between the price of two membership levels at any time before the expiration date of the current membership.

  7. How can I check my membership rewards points balance?
    Points balance can be checked online https://www.verycoolrooms.com/member-login.aspx or in person at one of our locations. 

  8. What can I do with my Prestige Club membership reward points?
    Prestige Club Membership rewards can be redeemed for discounts and payments towards rooms and suites at Prestige Cllub locations. 10,000 points can be redeemed for a $50 credit towards the rental of any room or suite.
    Note: Black-out dates apply for points redemption.

  9. What are the benefits of being a member of Prestige Club?
    Each membership level offers different perks and privileges. Full information about each membership level can be found here 

  10. Is Membership in Prestige Club required to book a room at a Prestige Club Property?
    Yes, membership in Prestige Club is required to book a room at one of the Prestige Club Properties.

  11. Do I have to reside within 40 miles from one of The Prestige Club Properties to qualify for Prestige Club Membership?
    No. We accept applications for membership from people all over the world!

General Policies

  1. What time is the check-in and check-out time?
    For 4-hour and 8-hour reservations, you are reserving a block of time that can start at just about any time of the day, based on availability.  Your check-out time is based on your scheduled arrival time and not your actual arrival time.  You can arrive for up to ONE HOUR past your scheduled arrival time, but your check-out time will remain the same. 
    Check-in time for overnight rentals start as early as 6pm and as late as 2am. Check-out time is noon, the following day after check-in.
  2. What is your cancellation policy?
    All reservations must be cancelled no later than 2 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this period of time are subject to a late cancellation fee and loss of deposit. Members that do not show for their reservation are subject to loss of deposit and/or a no call, no show fee. 
  3. Do you require a credit card to book? 
    A credit card or debit card is not required for most reservations. Some reservations for select suites, on high-demand days require a deposit. Late cancellations and no call-no shows are subject to a loss of deposit and additional cancellation fees.

Accommodations

  1. Do you have smoking rooms?
    Smoking rooms are available at AMBIANCE, Franklin Park and AURA, Midlothian.
    AXIS, Chicago is non-smoking property.
  2. Can I host a party in a room or suites? How many guests are allowed?
    We allow only two people per room, the Prestige Club member and their one original
    guest. We do not allow anyone under the age of 21, pets, or additional visitors.
  3. Do you offer microwaves in the rooms and suites?
    Microwaves are available upon request for in-room use, free of charge.
  4. Do you offer Wi-Fi?
    We offer complementary Wi-Fi at all Prestige Club Destinations.
  5. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept debit cards, credit cards and cash.
  6. Are there common amenities that can be found in all rooms and suites?
    Yes. All rooms and suites feature a king size bed, bed surround mirrors, vibe lighting system, a fireplace (electronic or gas), our exclusive tantra chair and free access to our video package that features 40 cable television channels, 10 XM radio stations and 4 themed adult channels.
  7. Are your guest rooms secure?
    Yes. All rooms feature RFID electronic door locks as well as an additional mechanical door locking mechanism.
